This is the story of a Bro Joseph Moses Emanuel who misbehaved in his English Constitution Lodge, was rapped over the knuckles by his District Grand Master, misbehaved again and had his behaviour again condemned as unworthy.
Seemingly unrepentant, he went on to cause a temporary rupture of good will between Edinburgh and London when he received permission from the former to erect a new Scottish Lodge — St John's No.618 in Hong Kong.
