Every member here this evening is attached to some Lodge, whether it be English, Irish Scottish or New Zealand.
Some of us are members of more than one Lodge. Your Lodge has both a name and a number.
The Founder members forming a Lodge meet often to consider and ponder over a suitable name to give it; some- times a lot of time and thought has been put into deciding a suitable name; but deciding the number is not the Lodge's prerogative, this being allotted by Grand Lodge.
