Two senior Grand Lodge officers, both men of character and both deeply involved in Freemasonry today, have on separate occasions in the past few weeks, spoken privately with me, expressing their concern for the future of the Craft, not only in
Canterbury, but in New Zealand as a whole.
Both Brethren know I would like to see improvements made in the way in which Freemasonry operates, and both know that in the past I have been prepared to put pen to paper when it is a matter of a worthwhile Masonic cause.
There is no better cause to assist than that of ensuring a good future for Freemasonry.
