Freemasonry is a peculiar organisation and the types of management it requires from time to time is very broad.
What might appear as management weakness in the eyes of some at some time, can have great strength in the eyes of others at the same time or at another time.
As an organisation we have for many years enjoyed leadership and we should now be planning for our future leadership.
