I feel that in Masonry to-day we are satisfied to revolve in. our own little circle; we are prepared to acknowledge a certain responsibility toward our brethren in the craft but are not worried much about universal brotherhood.
We seem to say, "I am not my brother's keeper except when it suits me, or if he happens to be a Masonic brother."
