On behalf of the members I would place on record our gratitude to Most Wor. Bro. Dr. F. A. Maguire for his intense interest in our Lodge of Research.
Our Most Worshipful Grand Master has on several occasions favoured us with most enlightening addresses, and at our March meeting paid us the distinct honour of conducting our Installation Ceremony.
To further exemplify his recognition of the value of research work to the Craft, he issued instructions that notice of our meetings be inserted upon the regular summons issued by all Lodges in this jurisdiction.
The attendance at our stated meetings has been encouraging, but has not yet reached expectations.
The seed has, however, been sown, and we look forward with anticipation to the harvest being reaped during the coming year.
It is our earnest desire that the facilities afforded by this Lodge for self-improvement and realisation of our principles may be widely availed of by those who have the interests of our Order at heart.
