On an occasion like this, when men are embarking on the important task of establishing a new centre of activity, it is opportune to draw attention to what they propose to do; to warn them that they cannot enter upon it lightly, but they must be fully impressed with the seriousness of their undertaking, for it is noteworthy and significant how much one’s feelings are engaged by lodge work.
