The time has come for me to give an account of my stewardship as Master of this Lodge. Wor. Bro. Meads has now been installed and I offer to him my sincere congratulations, and feel sure that the Lodge, under his able guidance, will prosper, especially in the purpose for which it was brought into existence.
I have been honoured in having the opportunity of being Master of the Lodge for two years, and I am grateful to the brethren for the confidence they reposed in me when they elected me for a second term.
