Hudspeth did deliver a Paper titled “The Symbolism and Design of the Masonic Apron” to the Victorian Lodge of Research #218, then there has been various TFTEM, eg., Apr ’92 – The Inverted T’s on the Master’s Apron; Aug ’99 – MM’s Rosettes; Sep ’01 – The Clasp (serpent) on the Apron String; Apr ’02 – A Broad Outline of the Apron; and now in July 2007 let us try to round off the Apron story by looking at its Early Development.
