In the ancient days of the mystery systems men were taught how mind might control matter.
The mind was developed, and the body was merely developed as a vehicle to carry a highly cultured mind.
The Grecian cults were a part of that system whereby man could through physical training and through all those things that make the physical body what it should be — make it a fitting vehicle for a perfect mind.
