The literary history of the VSL. The V.S.L, holds so high a position in Masonry that its literary history ought to appeal to every sincere Mason as a topic of keen interest.
As being one of the greater lights of Masonry, ' and as the subject of strict injunction in almost every charge, as an instrument of S.O., and as calling forth from all Masons the S. R. whenever it is read in open Lodge, and as the source of some of the most sacred mysteries of the Craft, the V.S.L. demands the earnest attention and serious study of every Mason.
