Various systems of Masonic Education have always been with Freemasonry.
Every Master is reminded at each Lodge Meeting he is "to employ and instruct the Brethren in Freemasonry".
When this is neglected lack of interest soon becomes evident in irregular attendances.
Conversely, experience shows that those who share in the work of the Lodge, and where regular and adequate instruction is provided, the Lodge becomes a Lodge in every sense of the word.
