The question raised in the title to this paper is one with which the members of the Masters' and Past masters' Lodge, as Rulers in the Craft, are of necessity deeply concerned.
For the past eleven and a half years I have been intimately associated with the work of Masonic Education, as Secretary and Editor of this, the Masters' and Past masters' Lodge-our Lodge of Research in this Province-and also for three years of that period as Grand Lecturer.
