Right Worshipful Brother Kent Henderson, Past Junior Grand Warden, is a well-known Masonic scholar. He holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a Master of Education.

He is a member of numerous Masonic Lodges in Australia and abroad. RWBro Henderson is also a full member of both the Lodge of Research (Dublin) and Quatuor Coronati Lodge No. 2076 (London) — the Premier Lodge of Masonic Research — and is notably one of only two Australians ever admitted as a full member.

A Past Master and Fellow of the Victorian Lodge of Research, he served for many years as editor of its Transactions. He is also affiliated with many additional Masonic Orders, in most of which he is a Past Master (or equivalent), and currently serves as Secretary of six lodges.
RWBro Henderson is a former long-term Secretary and a Past President of the Australian & New Zealand Masonic Research Council, and was the Kellerman Lecturer for Victoria in 1994.
