After a talk I delivered some years ago someone remarked that there was too much of me in it. Possibly the same might be said about this one too.
The opinions expressed here are mine as I gathered them through MY eyes and MY ears. If this is a fault, then so be it. It is difficult to be completely objective in a subject like this.
My memory, especially for names, is not nearly as proficient as that of many others and, unfortunately some members who should probably have been included in this talk have not been mentioned.
