Freemasonry is not a subject usually discussed in general discussion groups and while there is little known about the organisation, even less is known about the relationship between the Freemasons and Scotland.
The general view held by most people is that Freemasonry is a "Secret Society" with strange customs, secret modes of recognition and windowless buildings.
