I have chosen this title for my address tonight so that it may give us a basis for a general survey of F.M. What is F.M., and wherein lies its appeal to men? What is it that draws men to its fold and then holds them secure.
Brethren who have answered to its appeal, make, what appears to the average man, great sacrifices of time and expense.
They travel long distances, often at personal inconvenience and considerable expense, to take part in its ceremonies.
Others while not able to travel here and there in Masonic pursuits, put in many years of faithful service in their Lodge, regular in their attendance, faithful and willing in their service, and thrilled at all times to assist in anything pertaining to their Lodge.
What is it that inspires them and draws them on in their interest for their Masonic Craft.
