My object in preparing this lecture is not to open up a field for controversy, but in some measure to amplify the records in the V. of the S.L. on a subject which, I fear, is so little understood, and which, so far as I am aware, has rarely been associated with our Craft.
Yet, Brethren, the Scriptural revelation is an important one from the Masonic point of view, and, to the trained mind, is so clear that it gives, in epitome, practically all that is known about modern metallurgy.
